2. Why Does the Release Date Show November 4 or November 5?
WoW Forever has one announced global launch moment. The calendar date changes as that moment is expressed in different local time zones. Players in North America and the UK see a November 4 start, while Central Europe, East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand see November 5.
Europe: midnight means the start of November 5
For Paris, Berlin, and Madrid, the launch falls at 00:00 CET on November 5—the beginning of Thursday. London reaches the same moment at 23:00 GMT on November 4.
Use the launch-day UTC offset
The US Pacific launch time is 15:00 PST, UTC−08:00. The table uses the offsets in effect on November 4–5, rather than summer-time abbreviations. Sydney and Melbourne use AEDT, while Brisbane uses AEST, placing their local launch times one hour apart.
Vancouver is listed separately: British Columbia uses year-round UTC−07:00 in November 2026. Vancouver therefore shows 16:00 on November 4, while Los Angeles shows 15:00 PST. Both refer to the same worldwide launch moment.
Also check the offset when you see CST: it represents UTC−06:00 for the US Central entries and UTC+08:00 for the China and Taiwan entries in this table.
3. Three Quick Checks Before Launch
- Check your account access. Standard access to WoW Forever is included with an active World of Warcraft subscription or Game Time. Review your account status before your local launch time.
- Finish available client updates. Check the correct game entry in Battle.net and allow time for any available downloads.
- Agree on one time with your group. Share a city, local date, and UTC offset so friends in other regions can match the same moment.
For later in-game budget planning, you can browse BuyMMOG’s WoW Forever Gold page. Confirm current version and server availability, listing details, and delivery arrangements before ordering.
